Baseplate, clamps & 3D positioner
This package includes a baseplate, 3D positioner and a set of clamps that can be used to mount any target onto the baseplate. The package further includes clamps to mount the 3D positioner onto the Z-axis of the XYZ stage or the baseplate and a special holder that is meant for the EM measurement probe or the EM-FI transient probe.
